Our Mission
Fort Bend Green has been created to provide a means to facilitate the planning and development of green space utilizing the entire spectrum of Federal, State and Local Government.
What We Do
Fort Bend Green is a 501 C3 Non-Profit Organization with an Unpaid, Volunteer Board. Donations will be gladly accepted.
Fort Bend Green serves as a facilitator and will investigate options and seek out partnerships to help make a vision become reality. Good ideas are always welcome!

Katie Golzarri
Katie Golzarri is a Senior Associate at Clark Condon Associates and has been a licensed landscape architect for the last 11 years. Born and raised in rural Michigan, Katie was drawn to her profession by her love for the outdoors and being immersed in nature. Destined to make a difference, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University in 2003. Before moving to Texas in 2007, she previously lived in Georgia and Mexico. In 2008 she purchased her first home in the Lake Olympia community within Fort Bend County, and in 2016 moved to Sienna where she currently resides with her husband and 7-year-old son. Katie currently serves as President for Fort Bend Green, an organization dedicated to support the planning and development of green space within Fort Bend County.
Cee Cee Parker

Cee Cee Parker
Cee Cee Parker, a native Houstonian, has lived in the Sugar Land area since 1993. She is an attorney who works in the fields of estate planning and probate matters. Cee Cee is an active volunteer in her community as well as an avid naturalist. She is currently focusing her community volunteerism on projects that enhance greenspace and safe environments for our natural wildlife and fauna. In that capacity, she is currently serving on the Boards of the Cullen Park Conservancy and Fort Bend Green. In addition, she has served on numerous non-profit boards and fundraisers. Cee Cee and her husband David, live near Sugar Land where they own a thirty-one acre wildlife sanctuary. They offer the use of their property for a variety of non-profit fundraisers while maintaining the integrity of use for native wildlife. David, a computer developer and business management consult, is also an avid traveler and recreational pilot. Cee Cee is an animal lover and horseperson who participates in a variety of horse events.

Mark Kilkenny
Mr. Kilkenny is Vice President, Development at Twinwood based in Simonton, TX. Mark previously served as the Executive Vice President of Development and Government Affairs at Mischer Investments, Chair of the City of Houston Planning Commission, Chair of the Texas Alliance for Responsible Growth, Environment, and Transportation (TARGET), President of the Utility District Advisory Corporation (UDAC), and as the past-Chair of the West Houston Association. He currently serves on the West Houston Association (WHA) Executive Committee. Mark currently serves as Treasurer for Fort Bend Green.
Jennifer Jacobs

Jennifer Jacobs
Ms. Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Training & Development from University of Houston. She was formerly a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with such companies as Halliburton, Xerox, and BNSF prior to her retirement. She was also managing director of Jennifer Jacobs & Associates—a Human Resource Development Consulting Firm, and a certified MWDBE, for 10 years. Jacobs was elected director and board president of the Fort Bend MUD #131 Board in May 2018 and served as a General Manager for the district from October 2019 to October 2021. After securing a Texas Parks and Wildlife grant, with funds from the Sienna Parks and Levee Improvement District and private funding contributors, totaling $1.2million. Jacobs rounds out her portfolio as an active member of the Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., a deputized Voter Registrar, a Precinct Chair, and as Secretary of the FB Green Board of Directors since 2018. A native Houstonian, and a Fort Bend County resident since 2012, her interest in Fort Bend Green stems from her love, admiration, and respect for the environment. She believes that the ‘greening’ of Fort Bend County will bring a sense of wellness to the residents of the county.

Debra Greenwood-Sharp
Debra Greenwood-Sharp. has been serving as a Director for Fort Bend Green for 2 years. She is a proud, born and raised resident of Fort Bend County, residing in Richmond, Texas. She is passionate about increasing the awareness and maintaining green spaces in Fort Bend County for families to explore and enjoy. Debra is a registered massage therapist and has run a private practice since 1998 and has served on the AWBD M.U.D #152 since 2014. She has also served the Fort Bend Historical Association for past 10 years and been a chairperson for the George Ranch Rodeo honoring the Legacy of the Fort Bend County Black Cowboys & Historical George Ranch for 3 years.

Christen Madigan
Christen Madigan is a born and raised Fort Bend County resident where she lives with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys participating as a volunteer with several local organizations which support the citizens of Fort Bend. Madigan assists the Board members of Fort Bend Green with all things administrative and has enjoyed collaborating to accomplish the development of greenspaces and parks throughout the county. In her free time, you can often find Madigan baking, reading or enjoying her family in the many outdoor spaces that Fort Bend offers.
Katie Carner

Katie Carner
Katie Carner has lived in the Katy area since 2013 and is an attorney with Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP. Katie’s practice focuses on public finance, urban development law, local government regulation, and State and federal election law. She works with special purpose districts, such as municipal utility districts, in the role of general counsel and bond counsel. Katie helps these districts develop and finance water, sewer, and drainage facilities, roads, parks and recreational facilities, and other facilities and services in Fort Bend County and other counties in and around the Houston metropolitan area. She is dedicated to expanding and enhancing parks and green spaces throughout Fort Bend County. Katie serves as a Director on Fort Bend Green.
Justin Ring

Justin Ring
Justin is a long time Fort Bend County resident, graduating from Clements High School in Sugar Land, before heading to Texas A&M to study civil engineering. After graduating from A&M in 2000, he and his wife, Erin, moved back to Greatwood in Sugar Land to start a family where they have lived for over twenty years. Justin is owner and co-founder of Odyssey Engineering Group, a civil engineering consulting firm specializing in infrastructure and land development. He has been an integral part of creating and serving many Fort Bend County communities in his professional career and still enjoys working in what he calls his “backyard.” He is active in many local organizations, both professional and personal, such as Fort Bend County Economic Development Council, Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance as well as an active member of First United Methodist Church – Missouri City and Scout Troop 992 which meets at Faith Lutheran Church in Sugar Land, Texas on Brooks Street. He and his wife, Erin, have two children, Rey, who currently works at Texana Center in Rosenberg, and Grayson who is in 8th grade and attends Cornerstone Christian Academy.

Clayton is a founding partner of Meristem Communities, a Houston-based real estate development firm committed to creating Places for People with mindful, small batch developments. Meristem is a resiliency-focused developer with guiding principles to create human-centric design by thoughtfully, sustainably, and holistically connecting the land and its natural resources with people. Clayton is an entrepreneur, lawyer, and farmer at the intersection of plants + people + place. Before co-founding Meristem, Clayton worked alongside developers, landscape architects, residential architects, and engineers to create unique and exceptional agricultural amenities (agrihoods) within master-planned communities through Agmenity. Clayton is looking forward to serving on the Board of Fort Bend Green and continuing to be an advocate for green space in Fort Bend County.
